At Pegasus Storage Solutions, we pride ourselves on a quick, professional response taking from as little as one week for the survey, design and installation. Our design office is fully equipped with the latest computer based design equipment.

All products installed are to the standards defined by SEMA (Storage Equipment Manufacturers Association) and are sourced from manufacturers who are wherever possible certified to BS EN ISO9001.

Pegasus Storage Solutions Limited provides a Lifetime Guarantee for all supplied storage equipment products.

Terms

All products are supplied with a lifetime guarantee, which is considered to be 21 years from the installation against collapse and malfunction.

All specified safety equipment must remain in place, such as beam locks etc. All load signage must be adhered to. Any modifications to the structure must be approved by us.

The only exclusion from this guarantee is damage to the racking caused by impact from forklift trucks etc.

An annual safety inspection charged at our current tariff must be completed for this guarantee to be valid. This is to ensure that any potential fault is identified and rectified as soon as possible and to ensure that the installation continues to confirm to all Health and Safety regulations.
